Within a few hours of Samsung logging the service requirement, I had a phone call from your team ... professional and courteous, and another hour later the TV had been collected by Tony, ( cheerful and helpful, he took extreme care loading and strapping the TV) Right from there it gave me a lot of confidence that i was in good hands. Another hour later .. Dave phoned, light at the end of the tunnel .. accurate assessment and a new screen on the way to boot ... also an out of warranty claim done, what an awesome service ... We had the TV back in time for the test on the weekend and the picture is superb. Really I would like to thank you all for the care and attention you showed, it's a credit to your business and its a mark many fail to get close to ... The little things in life makes the difference about the big things. Thank you.
